How do I Redeem my flex pass online?
Note: If you have NOT made an online purchase from Yale Rep in the past you will need to contact the box office with your email address to have your online account activated.
1. Launch the BUY TICKET NOW! site.
2. Click the TICKETS AND INFO button for the production you'd like to see.
3. Select a PERFORMANCE date and click the CONTINUE button.
4. Click on the LOG IN TO REDEEM YOUR FLEX PASS TICKETS button on the screen. Once logged in, your ticket options will update to include a selection for your type of pass. In that option select the number of flex tickets you'd like to use for that performance. Note that you'll only be able to choose a number of tickets that matches your remaining balance.
5. To complete your transaction first CHECK OUT. Review your order and click the PURCHASE button. On the order confirmation screen your available ticket balance will be displayed. An email confirmation will also be sent to you.
What if I forget my Password/Log on Information?
On the purchase login page there is a FORGOT PASSWORD option. To use this option you enter the email address that you used to create the account and press the "Forgot Password" button. You will be immediately emailed instructions for reconnecting to your account.
If you can't remember which email address is on file please call the box office. They can look up your account and let you know which email address is on file with our system or update that information for you.
What if I never purchased online before?
If you've never purchased tickets from the Yale Rep online ticket purchase pages or if you can't figure out how to log on, please contact the box office for assistance via email or via telephone at 203.432.1234 . Please note that in order to purchase online you must have a valid email address.
Can I Still Redeem on the phone or at the box office?
Yes, you can still redeem your pass at the Yale Rep box office, either on the phone or in-person during normal box office hours.
