Waitlist Tickets

On the day of a sold-out performance, a waitlist will be available at the venue one hour prior to the performance. You must sign up for the waitlist in person. Waitlist tickets will be distributed beginning 20 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Tickets are frequently available via the waitlist, but the box office is not able to guarantee ticket availability via the waitlist in advance.

Late Arrivals

Yale Rep makes every effort to begin performances on time. For the safety of our patrons and performers, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre.

Ticket Exchanges

Yale Rep Subscribers and Pass Holders enjoy unlimited complimentary ticket exchanges at least 24 hours prior to your performance. Though Yale Rep will attempt to match seats if requested, exchanges are subject to availability. Upgrade charges will apply if the price of the desired performance is higher than the originally chosen performance. Tickets will be held at the Box Office for pickup during regular business hours or prior to the new performance. Patrons should pick up tickets at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time.

Student Tickets

Yale Rep offers substantially discounted tickets for full-time university, college, and high school students who provide valid proof of their current student status. Student Tickets are available online for current Yale students only and require a valid Net ID login.
